- Use our 50 plus item checklist for thorough inspection and also do a complete photo-record of the unit and property’s condition.
- Serve as your agent to execute legal rental agreements, credit checks, collections, tenant evictions and complaint handling
- Provide you a monthly income statement
- Manage advertising, showings, negotiations and perform rental agreements
- Perform “MakeReady” service to enhance the showing and leasing process
- Renting, Caretaking, Repair & Maintenance Management - We do it all for you!
