The resident selection policy is applied to everyone applying or living in a Dual Property Management managed property without regard to race, national original, familial status, handicap, age or sex. We do business in accordance with United States and South Carolina Fair Housing laws and United States H.U.D. (The Fair Housing Act of 1988) regulations.

All your personal information is held in confidence.

Required verifications for acceptance

  • Satisfactory landlord references required.
  • Satisfactory credit report required.
  • Employment and/or verification of sufficient income to make rent payment.
  • Satisfactory criminal background report required.

Rental payment rules

  • Due as agreed every month, unless other date is specified in your lease agreement.
  • Delinquent rent subject to late charges and eviction as prescribed by applicable law.
  • Pay promptly to protect your home and credit rating.

It is illegal to discriminate against any person because of Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Familial Status or National Origin:

  • In the sale or rental of housing or residential lots
  • In advertising the sale or rental of housing
  • In the financing of housing
  • In the provision of real estate brokerage services
  • In the appraisal of housing
  • Blockbusting is also illegal
